Workshop Testimonials:

Adam Wade led an extremely well-done presentation for my company about how storytelling can enhance our overall communications efforts. Aside from sharing his own excellent and well-crafted stories, Adam provided the attendees with a number of important tools for telling their own stories. Critically, he leads with a lot of empathy, as some in the audience were better at this than others. However, through his positive reinforcements and helpful comments, he kept people engaged and learning. By the end of the day, Adam had helped a number of my colleagues become far better storytellers – and also helped them want to learn and do this more! His personality created an atmosphere where people felt comfortable in peeling back a few layers and sharing their own unique experiences in a safe place. I would recommend him for groups of both senior and junior executives.

M&T Bank/Wilmington Trust

Adam led a fantastic storytelling workshop for our global NGO in 2021 as part of our efforts to equip more staff across the organization with the skills they need to share our work and impact with donors and other stakeholders in compelling ways. His humor and down-to-earth demeanor made staff feel comfortable to open up and share their own stories so that he could elucidate universal themes of what makes a good story, which could then be applied in a professional setting. In addition to it being a great learning experience for staff, it was also a positive team-building experience, a factor that earned Adam a nice note from our CEO after the workshop. Beyond the great content, Adam was tremendously easy to work with and was undaunted by the prospect of delivering the workshop three separate times to accommodate the many time zones we work across. Adam's accolades speak for themselves, just like his powerful stories, and for those of us with the opportunity to learn from him, we're lucky that his teaching abilities are as strong as his storytelling skills.
